Welcome to the Texas Police Association Website!

TPA's website has been revamped and updated keeping the user in mind.  Our goal is to provide a site where Texas Peace Officers can exchange ideas and network.  Checkout the new features:

• Blogs:  Write your own articles or keep an online journal,

• Forums:  Ask a question or share an idea.  The forum allows a user to post and view various topics,

• Training Opportunities:  View and register for upcoming training opportunies sponsored by TPA,

• TPA Membership:  View the benefits of becoming a TPA member.  There are various levels of membership to fit your needs.  TPA offers training opportunites, an Annual Training Conference, a training cruise aboard a cruise ship, an accidental death/dismemberment insurance policy for Active members, a subscription to the monthly Texas Police Journal, and the biennial issue of the Texas Peace Officer's Guide to Texas Law.  The Texas Police Journal is a necessity for all peace officers.  It contains the Police Legal Digest, which summarizes court cases that affect our profession and how you do your job. It also showcases research articles about topics affecting the law enforcement profession.
