Some of the benefits of membership in Texas Police Association vary based on the level of membership in the Association. Please see below for details.

Law Enforcement (Individually)

Benefits include voting privileges, Training and Education opportunities, subscription to the Bi-Monthly Digital edition of the Texas Police Journal, subscription to the Bi-Annual “A Peace Officer’s Guide to Texas Law” available to each member through the Members Section of the TPA website, and $7500 "In the Line of Duty" and Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) Insurance. Law Enforcement Members also receive discounted Legal Coverage from U.S. Law Shield. ($30.00 Annually)
