This course meets TCLEOSE Intermediate Certification requirements. The objective of this course is to familiarize the student with the laws of Arrest, Search and Seizure. Students will learn how to apply these laws in different arrest scenarios. The students are challenged with discussions on case studies and presentation of group and individual case briefs.
