Learn how Vision moves organizations. Understand the "big picture" and how it works in a practical "everyday approach". Students will enhance their practical understanding of key leadership and management concepts that drive the organization's vision using: 1) the "Learning Organization", 2) participatory management, 3) communication, 4) delegation, 5) empowering others, 6) decision making, 7) planning and goal setting, 8) the role of Ethics. This course is presented in a highly participatory learning environment; be prepared to interact and contribute as instructor and attendees create their own organization and transform Vision to Execution to Results. Attendees will connect the three key organizational driving systems: Strategy-People-Operations.
